Hand picked grapes, that are selected with care during the harvest as well as during the destemming process. The 2019 vintage has been harvested during the whole month of September, starting with the Merlot and Cabernet Franc and following with the Cabernet Sauvignon.
Every year we try to improve every single detail. This vintage was fermented with indigenous and selected yeast.
Castello di Bolgheri 2019 was bottled in October 2021 after 20 months aging in oak barrels and casks.
